Farmer Sophie Land to help other farmers' struggling mentally with workload

Whangara farmer Sophie Land recently completed an eight-day Outward Bound course with eight farmers from the East Coast. The nine farmers were deeply affected by Cyclone Gabrielle and its aftermath.
